CIPD Student Stories: Charlotte Bendell-Dixon | Level 3 and 5 Review

Charlotte found the flexibility and lack of cohort groups specifically helpful when studying her Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, so much so, she then enrolled on the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management upon completion. 

My name is Charlotte and I am a HR Business Partner working in the Education industry. I have previously studied and obtained the Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate with ICS Learn and I am now studying the Level 5 Diploma a year later.

There are group forums to communicate with other students if you wish and invaluable 1-2-1 tutor support as little or as often as you require.

ICS Learn also offer easily accessible lesson recordings and resources as well as live lessons to allow you to study in your own time or revisit discussions.

I found this tool to be specifically handy when picking up studying in between family and working life as I could re-visit learnings and always had access to my materials.

When I started studying my Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate, I was a HR Administrator with no experience, however, studying with ICS Learn has helped me progress to Business Partner level (with an additional salary increase) in a short period of time.

I would recommend studying with ICS Learn to anyone, particularly if you have a busy work/family life!
