Begin your rewarding HR career with this Foundation qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
We’ve been a leading CIPD centre for 30 years and flexible learning specialists for 130 years. We’re trusted by prestigious organisations including Amazon, Virgin and Vodafone.
With us, you can achieve the same globally-recognised CIPD Level 3 Certificate you’d get in a classroom, with all the benefits of online learning:
You don’t need any prior experience or qualifications to enrol on this Foundation Level 3 HR Certificate.
It’s ideal if you’re just beginning your HR career and would like to study a shorter course than the full CIPD Level 3 Diploma.
If English is your second language, we recommend you have an IELTS 6.5/ESOL Level 2 or equivalent, but we're happy to review your case on an individual basis.
Your course and assignments are fully online.
You'll study all 4 core units, then your choice of 2 optional units.
Please note that where the course discusses legislation and policy, this will be based on UK law.
For full details of what you’ll learn on each unit, download our CIPD course guide.
